International Automotive Components (IAC) Group North America was formed on March 31, 2007, following the acquisition of Lear Corporation’s Interior Systems Division.

IAC North America oversees two joint venture facilities in China:

SIAC: Shanghai Awning and International Automotive Components

Songjiang:Shanghai Car Carpet Factory and International Automotive Components

The two China joint venture facilities include more than 450 employees and produce soft and hard trim materials. Together, the two facilities conduct sales of more than $38 million.
