International Automotive Components Group expects all suppliers to have an effective environmental management program in place. Third party Registration to ISO 14001 may be required. To aid Suppliers in upgrading to or attaining ISO 14001:2004 Certification, we have posted our Environmental Workbook.
The International Automotive Components Group ISO 14001 Workbook was originally developed by International Automotive Components Group for use as a guidance tool solely by our plants. We have recently updated the Workbook such that it is compliant with ISO 14001:2004 and we are pleased to be able to share this Workbook with our Suppliers for their environmental management program. The Workbook may in some places refer to the International Automotive Components Group Corporate Environmental Staff.
While we are happy to provide this Workbook for your use, we can not offer consulting services regarding ISO 14001 implementation.
Other Environmental Requirements All IACNA suppliers must work proactively with International Automotive Components Group to reduce the environmental footprint of IACNA's products by complying with the environmental requirements of our customers. Materials, substances, recyclability, life cycle assessment (LCA) data, etc. are to be reported according to legal requirements and/or those from IACNA's customers.
