IAC's patented Free Form Two Shot process is an industry first use on a door panel program, reducing the cost, VOC emissions and material scrap all while maintaining the ability to create multiple tactile experiences in a single cycle of the molding machine from multi-colored hard structural substrates to plush bolsters for luxury vehicles.

We meld innovation with safety when creating new applications for our customers, like the molded energy absorption (EA) bracket which is fitted between the door panel and the exterior sheet metal as a collision countermeasure. The side-impact safety countermeasure bracket is engineered specifically for each vehicle application to work in concert with existing safety systems to deliver optimized protection for the driver and the passenger.
