FreeForm Molding

FreeForm™ molded products enable a variety of colors, textures and finishes to be combined into one molded component. The design freedom allows unique feel and appearance through multi- color and multi-texture differentiation without painting. FreeForm™ uses an injection molding process for molding a base substrate, then rotating or moving the tool to mold another material on top of that base substrate. The process offers improved craftsmanship with better fit and finish, superior grain definition and dual textures.
