IAC provides hard trim components to millions of vehicles per year, pulling together all of the major interior components as a seamless interior experience. Hard trim features, such as safety, storage and interior harmony are often overlooked but their purpose in hard trim products is much greater than most people realize. They often include safety countermeasures, like side curtain airbags and electrical sensors to protect the vehicle's occupants during a collision, integrating and complementing other safety devices within the vehicle.

IAC uses low-pressure injection molding to create visually and tactilely stunning finishes on back injected parts, often covered in luxurious leather, vinyl or cloth with or without stitching to visually coordinate the garnishes with the remainder of the interior.
