Jeff Vanneste serves as Chief Financial Officer for International Automotive Components Group North America (IAC). He is responsible for overseeing the financial, information systems and purchasing functions of the company.

Previously, Vanneste spent more than 15 years with Lear Corporation, headquartered in Southfield, Mich. Most recently, he was the vice president of Finance for Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, European Operations, Corporate Business Planning and Analysis, Global Seating, Ford and GM Divisions. Vanneste began his career with Lear as controller at Lear's facility in Detroit.

Prior to Lear, Vanneste served as assistant controller for Champagne-Webber, Inc. in Fraser, Mich. and a senior auditor at Coopers & Lybrand in Detroit. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Wayne State University and master's of business administration from Michigan State University.
