IAC puts an enormous amount of time and effort into continuous improvement practices including IAC’s “Kaizen College,” a program implemented throughout the company’s North American locations. The program gives all employees, from the top levels to the shop floor, the knowledge and tools needed to identify opportunities for operational improvement. Since introducing Kaizen College, the company has implemented an employee-suggested improvements program designed to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste and cost.
