International Automotive Components Group North America, Inc. (IAC) is committed to providing opportunities for minority businesses ensuring their fair consideration as suppliers of our goods and services. In establishing this policy, IAC recognizes its responsibility to the communities it serves and the society in which it conducts business. The use of minority business enterprises is a function of our strategic sourcing strategy, meets our customers' expectations, and contributes towards the growth and profitability of our business.

All IAC suppliers are encouraged to adopt similar supplier diversity practices.

The term "minority business enterprise" means a business at least 51 percent owned, managed, and controlled by minority group members, or the stock of which is publicly owned by minority group members. For purposes of definition, minority group members are African-Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific Americans, and Asian-Indian Americans. In addition, because IAC's intent is to economically benefit minority communities, minority business enterprises should establish as their goal substantial minority employment.

The Manager of Supplier Diversity is responsible for company-wide coordination of this policy and will report on its progress at established intervals. The Vice Presidents and Directors of each business unit will be responsible for administering the Supplier Diversity and Development Policy for IAC. Every employee directly or indirectly committing corporate funds for the purchase of goods and services is responsible for making this corporate objective a reality.
